NEW EBONITE VITAL SIGN HELPS KAROLEWSKI SHOOT BIG

Michael Karolewski took to the lanes on August 16th, to participate in the Monday Adult/Child league at Coram Country Lanes just like had done many times in the past; only this time something special was about to happen for the young man.
The 13 year-old Karolewski recently purchased a new Ebonite Vital Sign and couldn’t wait to get it drilled by Adam Krauss at Perfect Fit Pro Shop. Little did he, or anyone else, know the quick success he would have with his new ball.
Karolewski, whose personal high game was 279 going into that evening, found himself stepping onto the approach with the first 9 strikes and an opportunity for perfection.
“I felt my hand starting to get sweaty, so I put a little extra rosin on my thumb to make sure I didn’t throw it poorly,” Karolewski said. “After I threw the first strike in the 10th, I felt a huge relief!”
Karolewski then stepped up and crushed his 11th consecutive strike and stood just one ball from his first perfect game.
Karolewski said there was only one thing running through his mind before the rolled his last shot of the game: “don’t mess up!”
He achieved that goal.
Coming in a hair high Michael tripped a late 4 pin and gave himself and everyone else in his Adult/Child league a moment they would not soon forget.
“We’re so excited for Michael,” said Ed Gallagher, Ebonite Brand Manager. “Rolling his first perfect game was something he’ll never forget. The fact that Ebonite was a part of that memory is a great honor to us. Michael’s got a great future in bowling, and Ebonite will be with him every step of the way!”
