Jeanette Menacho makes a little bit of history at West Lanes

May 27, 2008

Gamebreaker
Jeanette Menacho helped her team secure a second place finish on Sunday April 27th at the 3bowlers.com Outlaw Mixed Trios event at West Lanes in Stockton, California. What she may not have realized that day, was the impressive games of 260, 238, 264, 300, 245, and 279 (1586 series) using an Ebonite Gamebreaker was good enough to capture the 4th all-time highest USBC women’s six game high series.

Jeanette not only bested the legend Betty Morris by five pins, she also knocked PWBA titlist Dede Davidson out of the top 5. The record itself is held by PWBA star Jeanne Naccarato with a 1639 series. It was a great display of consistent scoring and a solid performance for the day.

Jeanette is no stranger to the USBC top 5 list. After a little bit of research on bowl.com, we found out Jeanette’s name is up on the records page a few times. Her list of accolades also includes:

(7) 300 games as a youth bowler; 2nd all time
(4) 299 games as a youth bowler, 1st all time
(2) 800 series as a youth bowler, 2nd all time (tie)
(9) 299 games as an adult bowler, 4th all time (tie)

On behalf of John, Rob and Danny; collectively 3bowlers.com, we congratulate you on your accomplishment.
