Post Help choosing a couple new Ebonite bowling balls.
Want to go down from 16 lbs to 15 lbs, bowl on medium to medium oily conditions, I would like to buy 2 new Ebonite bowling balls, 1 solid, earlier roll, 1 pearl to go longer, I'm a left - handed down and in bowler. Price doesn't matter and I have heard a million opinions on 16 lbs versus 15 lbs, please tell me what you think.

Thank you for your time.

You won't loose any hitting power or carry going from 16 lbs. down to 15 lbs. As for a ball choice, look at the new Ebonite The Challenge. This is a great ball. It will give you the roll you are looking for with a continuation that doesn't quit. The Challenge is going to be a winner on tour this year.

As for a pearl, a Cyclone is a good choice for the med lane conditions. the pearl cover will get the ball down lane and will have a nice motion to it on the back end.

Thank you,
I thought the Cyclone was for lighter / drier conditions.

It is but it still has a good amount of backend. It gets down lane further but has the backend.

You should also check out the innovate or the new Perserve.

Post 2 New Balls
Zothen, Thank you kindly for those suggestions, my Pro - Shop guy agreed with BubbaRay about the Challenge and the Cyclone, he also suggested the Innovate and said he would sell me a Cyclone X - out at a very good price also to fit below the Innovate, I only wanted to buy 2 balls, but I think I'll buy all 3 of them.
Thanks again, BubbaRay and Zothen.
